We also run a Employee-Partner program whereby an individual can join our company as an employee but if he/she has a project of interest then we can also fund the project. The individual can work on his/her project but he/she will also have to work on other MadlabX projects. They will be treated as Partners with MadlabX on their personal project and employees for all other MadlabX projects.
